Community Outreach creates opportunities for churches, zones, auxiliaries, and members to participate in meaningful service efforts that provide practical support, encouragement, and care.

Help Us Share Warmth This Winter
The Unit Church Ushers League of Illinois Community Outreach Department is collecting winter essentials for individuals and families in need, including communities affected by floods and tornadoes.
How You Can Help:
Our goal is to collect and distribute at least 200 new winter coats by November 30, 2026. With the support of our members, churches, zones, and friends, we can help ensure that men, women, and children remain warm throughout the winter season.
Donation Deadline:
Please submit all coat and winter-item donations by: November 30, 2026

The Homeless Outreach Support Initiative supports individuals experiencing homelessness by collecting and distributing essential personal care items. This ministry is rooted in compassion, dignity, and service, helping meet basic needs while reminding individuals that they are seen, valued, and cared for.
How You Can Help:
Members and supporters can participate by donating any of the requested items and encouraging others to support this outreach effort. Together, we can extend care beyond our church doors and make a meaningful impact in the community.
